But really it's hard to judge what's a good set for one pokemon. We need to look at your entire team (along with every detail about them). Of course on theory that works very well. however... just how long of a setup is rain dance and thunder? Can be 1 turn too lengthy... if your entire team doesn't benefit from rain dance, don't use it...

Buzz can't last that long to set everything up, can it?

well if this is GSC then i recommend putting ice punch/HP ice i there somewhere ^_^.

I have a Kingdra to spare and a Ludicolo for funto back this up.
I didn't post my entire team because I haven't made a final analysis yet, probably never will.

personally for electabuzz, i like thunderbolt, ice punch, physic, attract
theres one EXTREMELY GOO AND DIVERSE moveset
