Oh, you're looking for Elekid? I take it you're playing Shining Pearl? I should warn you, the Electrizer isn't actually available in that version.
I can probably catch one and an Electrizer in exchange for two Rare Candies. (Being held by a couple throwaway Pokemon like Bidoof or Shinx. I'll trade Elekid and a Bidoof holding the Electrizer in exchange for them.)
