ehhhh, i dont feel like explaining, plus not knowing where you in game, so click here for a guide to help you get to there, your suppose to head up North from Sunyshore city, btw, if you havent notice.

If you've already got all eight badges (and the HM Waterfall from Jasmine), all you have to do is head north from Sunyshore City (the one with the eight gym) and you'll make it to the island where the Pokemon League is. Yep, just as Shurikenway just said.

BTW, make sure you have Pokemon on your team that know Surf, Waterfall, Strength, Rock Smash and Rock Climb. You'll need them for the Victory Road.
