[ASM & Hex] [EM] Change which ball the Safari Zone uses / Edit Pokeball capture rate

    I'm trying to figure out how to do two different things.

    1. How to change which ball the Safari Zone uses in Emerald.

    2. How to edit the capture rates of Pokeballs in Emerald.

    Does anybody happen to know how to do these things? I don't believe they would require ASM to do.

    I can either share with you the ASM or you can find the safari styled starter battle on shinyquagsire's github account. But the ASM on that explains how he changed the capture rate of it so maybe that could shed some light on the situation?
