    I have some trouble registering my brother. I've made him an account but the confirmation email doesn't show up in my inbox(he's eight, doesn't have an email address). I know I typed the right email address, and I have requested re-sending multiple times, but it still doesn't show up. Please help.
     
    also if it's the same email you used to sign up, it won't process at all.. in fact it should be telling you to use another email..

    do check your spam folders, if any, and you can PM or email me or any higher staff to look in to it for you.
     
    I have two email addresses, one I used for my account and the other one doesn't have a junk folder. That is the one I used for my brother. I think I should maybe just put it on my mom's email, but how can I change the email of an unregistered account?

    Not late, then it should have arrived a few hours ago.
     
    I once had this issue with changing my e-mail. The confirmation e-mail does not arrive instantly; it takes a little while, or at least it did for me. If you keep requesting resends, use the one that was sent the most recently.

    Your account has been used on about 12 different IP addresses / computers, and one of them matches many many other users (It's right here, in case Rukario / other staff wanna see..) so I was trying to find out if your bothers username might show up in the list of results, but due to all the other names my plans were foiled. D:

    If the account was at all created then you should still be able to log in with limited access. If it wasn't created at all and you need another email address, then it takes about 2 minutes to create a new Hotmail email.


    Edit: Oh wait, is the username 'Shun Kazami' your bother's username? It IS set to Awaiting Confirmation. :/
    I'll just leave this here for an admin to see..
     
    Yes, my brother's username IS Shun Kazami. He's a Bakugan fan, although that is MY favourite character, not his. The email has yet to arrive
    By the way, the account can't even access the Main page
     
    Yeah, I recognized the Bakugan name. xD

    Rukario is gonna have to manually activate it, guess I can PM him and point the thread out..
     
    I did resend the activation email.. did you get it?

    according to the server, it didn't bounce so it should be in your inbox.
     
    OK, maybe it has to be a .com email. I'll make a new one for my brother.

    Ok, I made him a new email. Is it possible to send the activation email to [email protected]?
