Emerald Feature Help Requests (View stats, Basic action, Evolution from Dialogue)

    I am wanting some assistance in working out how to approach adding some features in the Emerald decomp, if they are even possible.

    The first I was wanting to do is use the Pokedex (or another item) to look at the opposing Pokemon's stats in battle. Essentially give up your turn to see their nature, EVs, moves, etc. I don't know if it's a thing but it would be useful.

    I have been trying to attempt to make Struggle able to be used without needing to be out of PP but so far I have had no success. Is it possible to make a move usable from either an item, or by pressing B on the selection menu, to have an option to not use PP against already weakened opponents? Similarly, a reusable item that let's you spend a turn doing nothing that also let's you recover HP is something I have been trying for but I am having trouble making a reusable potion. Any suggestions?

    The last thing I am after is being able to evolve pokemon through dialogue only. Essentially, talk to someone (or use a machine) and pick from a list of evolutions that they otherwise qualify for to evolve into that.
