Emerald: Follow me + Mega Evolution, Primal, alternate forms

    Hi, there's a way to add mega evolution and follow me on Pokémon emerald? I searched for long and I found some hacks on emerald with following Pokémon or mega evolutions but can't find scripts
     
    I'd like to know aswell, i'm looking into it, but anything is related just to FR/LG.... how is that none IPS or anything similar exists?
