3rd Gen Emerald, getting a pokemon with dig

    Where can I get a pokemon that knows dig or else a tm for it?
     
    The Fossil Maniac's house near Fallarbor Town. His brother has the TM Dig.
    Diglett is the only one that I think can learn Dig normally... but he is not in Emerald :/.
     
    If you can't get the TM, your options are trading from FR/LG or catching a Trapinch. Trapinches are a pain, though, because they learn Dig at an ungodly high level, and you can't evolve them to do it.
     
    Oh! I remember when i was catching the Regi's, and it required me to DIG...
    ..but the poke i taught it to learned a better move....

    and.... i slowly lost. my. mind.

    and i searched and searched and searched and searched for a poke that DUG.

    alas, Trapinch revealed itself, and i learned at lvl 40+[wtf?] it learned DIG...

    And then, i realized that i never really wanted the Regi's anyways.

    They weren't really worth me training Trapinch to that high of a level simply for a move.

    So....I've never caught a Regi.
    too much of a hassle.
