So I'm currently playing Emerald and I'm in Lilycove city.
I need some help with an issue!
I already got the magma emblem and defeated Archie at mt pyre, I defeated Maxie in the magma hideout, AND went to slateport to catch Archie stealing the submarine BUT THE AQUA DUDE AND HIS WAILMER ARE STILL BLOCKING THE WAY!
Is the game bugged? Am I an idiot and missing something? I've never had this problem before. :(
