[Other] Emerald overworlds palettes relation between pallete 3 and 1D-23 (or 3 and 29-35)

    Hey! In pokemon emerald if I edit in NSE classic or Overwolrd Editor RE palette 3 and/or palettes from 1D to 23 (in NSE) or 29 to 35 (in OE RE) palette 3 and from 1D to 23 (or from 29 to 35) are also changed. How can I fix it? Maybe in HexEditor?
