[Emerald] Patch for vanilla Emerald that has Trainer Ai switch more.

Hello.

I've read

AkameTheBulbasaur's

post on Trainer AI Command Researchand how to do it.
I want the Ai to switch mons in battle at higher odds like they do in other RoM Hacks. Ex: Radical Red and Pokemon Clover

However I want to know if anybody has a patch that solely features this and only this.
This is for vanilla Pokemon Emerald not pokeemerald.
If anybody can provide a patch for those who don't want to use Python or ASM, that would be helpful.
If not, thanks for the feedback at least.

The main way emerald hacks get better trainer AI is by using pokeemerald-expansion as their rombase. It includes a whole lot of other features too, but many of them are configurable so you can disable at least most of them.

I don't know of any projects that would have similar AI improvements with no other changes, but the wiki has a few tutorials for improving the AI in vanilla pokeemerald.
