Emerald Team Help

Just as a disclaimer, I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum/place to post this. This is my first time poster and second or third time viewer, so I'm still a pokecommunity newbie ;)

Alright, on to the point of the thread. I need Pokemon Emerald team help. So far I have a Torchic, Poochyena, Seedot and Ralts. I want to go with something I usually don't for once and right now for my final team I have:

Blaziken - Sky Uppercut, Blaze Kick, Slash, Bulk Up Naughty nature
Shiftry - I have no idea for this guy. I haven't really used him seriously before. :(
Slaking - Amensia, Slack Off, Earthquake, Hyper Beam with either Careful or Adamant nature. I got these moves from the Pokemon of the Day IGN FAQ
Gardevoir - Calm Mind, Psychic, Thunderbolt and Will-o-Wisp Modest nature. I got that from the Pokemon of the Week at serebii.net

And that's all I got for now. I'm torn between Wingull and Taillow. In my experience, Taillow has been the better choice, but I'm kind of tired of Swellow, seeing as I choose him every... single... time... ;) I also need a surfer, I was thinking Tentacruel, he's one I haven't used much and I think he would be a great annoyer.
