[Other] Emerald Title Screen Help

    Wassup! i'm pretty much opening the lid on all of this, but our Hack Team Meowth HAX has started creating a whole new game altogether. but right now, we've hit a snag. can anyone help with this? there's a huge hole on the screen and for some reason theirs a little face in there... a palette has not been applied yet, so that's why it looks like that. thanks. BTW that entire black area is the hole. any advice would be greatly accepted.
