[Intro] Emerging from the Shadows!

Hey everyone! I've been lurking on PC for a while now, so I decided to make an account and start participating in the forums more actively. (turns out I actually did make an account 3 years ago but forgot all about it lol. Better late than never, I suppose).

A bit about me: I've been a Pokemon fan for years now and used to religiously watch the anime and play the games (still do). My favorite games have to be Colosseum and XD. Even though GameFreak seems to have forgotten about them, they'll have an irreplaceable spot in my heart :') Around the time I played those games, I also discovered the vibrant world of ROM hacking and fan games and eventually PC! I look forward to exploring the forums a bit more and maybe making a ROM hack of my own someday soon!

Have you tried Insurgence ? Solar Light Lunar Dark ? Zeta / Omicron ?

I have a blast playing Insurgence a few years ago! Haven't played the others but I do want to try them. They seem like classics in the fan game world. I actually switched to a Mac for the last few years, so fan games were a bit less accessible but it's been incredible playing through Reborn and Rejuvenation, which did put out clients for those of us with Macs. I did manage to bring a Windows laptop back from the dead recently so hopefully I'll get to give your recs a go soon!

Espeon is one of my all-time favorites (nice signature :) )! Also Treecko and its evolutions! Treecko was my starter when I first started playing the games, and coincidentally I pulled a Sceptile in my first ever pack of Pokemon cards.
