    Can someone please tell me the best nature,stats,movesets for Empoleon?
     
    It's a special sweeper, with many elemental resistances, so only someone intelligent will ever be able to kill it. Moves? There are a few it can use competitively. Surf, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, are probably the best moves for it to use. As for natures, you'll probably want Modest, but Bold or Calm are alright as well. You'll probably want to max its Sp Attack EVs, and since its Speed is abysmal anyways, give the last half of your EVs to Defense and Special Defense.

    You could breed Empoleon to know Agility, it makes surprise when he outspeeds some of the common Empoleon counters
     
    And the ironic thing is that nobody appreciates AgiliPoleon. ;_;
     
    Empoleon is a pretty good specail wall w/ these stuffs

    Ev's: 110hp, 142 sp.att., 252, sp.def. that should work
    Moves:
    Ice beam
    Surf
    Grass knot
    stealth rock/flash cannon

    Empoleon also can make a decent s. sweeper w/ agility
    w/ the moves
    agility
    ICe beam
    Surf
    Grass knot.

    OR u could go my way and use a choice specs empoleon
    w/
    Surf
    ice beam
    grass knot
    flash cannon
