Emulator trades?

Hey this is just a quick question, can I trade pokemon from my heartgold in my ds and my soulsilver on an emulator? Basically can you trade between your ds and an emulator?

last i checked no$ was working on making emulators that could trade between eachother via the interweb (hehe interweb) anywho,

that seems like a logical next step
