[Other] Error installing devkitARM gba-dev

    Using Mac M1 Ventura 13.2.1 when running the command
    Code: 
    sudo dkp-pacman -S gba-dev
    I get the following errors:
    Code: 
    error: could not open file /opt/devkitpro/pacman/var/cache/pacman/pkg/devkitARM-r60-9-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst: Unrecognized archive format
error: failed to commit transaction (cannot open package file)
    I am following the install instructions from pokeemerald. Does anyone know how to fix this error?
