    Well I saw on the site of my local games store that they're expecting it somewhere near
    June 25(spelled right?). the same day I went to the shop to ask when it will come out.
    the shop worker said that is was coming out on July 25. that's probably because the shops get it later than the internet shops.
     
    Possibly the Site/Person you spoke to was mistaken?

    I heard it was coming out on the 1st of June(Can't remember where, probably one of the forums I've been to)
     
    For the 100th time now, no, there is no official date for Europe. The games have not been announced by Nintendo yet, so there is no date of release yet.
    Many shops and sites use dates around June/July as speculation, but they are not official.

    If an official date is announced, you will definitely find a thread about it here.
    But until then, please be patient.
