    does pokerus double ev recieved from a power item
     
    Yes, it does. So say you have a Power Anklet on, and you have Pokerus. Then you fight a Zubat (spd), you get one speed EV, then 4 speed EV, and then you multiply that so you get a total of 10 speed EVs.
