ev question

    i just got an egg
    and my pokemon if im not mistaken it has
    IV
    31 attack
    31 defence
    31 Sp Attack
    8 hp
    13 defence
    speed 2

    weird think this pokemon was use for the contest and i just realize this.. is the even possible or did the berries did something special and help it gain his ev but first isn't ev are when you breed a pk..

    oh yeah and the pokemon is chimchar nonshiny still in lv.1 im think of cloning it and evolve the other one into infernape...

    I mean IV my fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yeah thanks but i have question but for some reason I think is hack cause is very rare rare to get it like the isn't it is weird cause i use him for contest... so and so... plus i breed it my self and i just release today

    It's not a hack if it wasn't hacked. It's legit, just lucky.
     
    oh okay cause is very rare to get it like the then i think is all thanks to the Iv ditto i cauth back in hoem

    so now i making eggs an try to get his speed to 31 wish me luck
