4th Gen EV training my scizor

I want to know what 3 stats i should increase, im thinking def special def and attack. and how should i go about doing it. i already screwd up my first one.

248 HP/252 ATK/10 Spd or Sp.Def
Ability: Technician
Teach it:
-Bug Bite
-Bullet Punch
-Brick Break/Superpower
-Roost/Swords Dance/Persuit/Night Slash

You may want a slight speed boost or a slight Sp.Def boost. I would go with speed because you may be outran by a few points, and that could cost you.
