4th Gen EV Training Pokemon

I decided to re-breed my team so I can EV train them in both Defense stats. Any suggestion to which Pokemon I should train on?

Both Defense stats? That sounds bad. Walls generally need HP more than they need to breathe. What Pokemon are you training?

Anyway, here goes:

Defense: Iron Island (Onix, Graveler) ; Solaceon Cave (Geodude, Hippopotas)
SpDefense: Sea North of Sunyshore (Tentacool, Tentacruel)

Well, I might level up more than just Defense, I'll see.
I'm trying to re-breed and train a Vulpix, Riolu, Shinx, and Dratini. I'll use the evolved forms in battles though.

I don't know about Shinx and Vulpix, but Riolu and Dratini show much better promise at sweeping, go for movesets like these:

Lucario @ Choice Specs
EVs: 4 Def, 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd
Trait:Steadfast
Nature:Modest/Timid
-Aura Sphere
-Vacuum Wave
-Dark Pulse/Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Ice/Dragon Pulse

Dragonite @ Leftovers
EVs: 56HP, 252 Atk, 200 Spd
Trait:Inner Focus
Nature:Jolly
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Fire Punch/Fire Blast
-Earthquake

I did take these from smogon, but in my opinion they are good movesets, as far as I can see most of the pokemon you posted about are better for the sweeping side of things, generally not needing defence.
