4th Gen EV Training Question

    I'm kinda bored so I'm EV training a Espeon. My question is once I get the EV spread I want, can I just use Rare Candies to level it up or will that make it lose EV's.
     
    Once the evs are set you can rare candy it up to lv 100 and it will keep all the evs that have been obtained.
