EV trainng

    How would you go about EV trainng a pokemon with this kind of EV spread. EVs: 196 HP / 200 Atk / 112 Spd
     
    Well first, i would give it berries that lowers the HP EVs to 2 then i would increase the attack and speed EVs to 252, and give it an additional 4 in defense
     
    Oh well, it depends then, what kind of sweeper do you want?
     
    Im just confused how I would get 112 EVs or some odd number of Evs in a certain stat. I do understand how to get 252 Evs in a stat. ALso could you explain that berry thing?
     
    The same way i explained to you on the PM

    That each of these berries lowers the EVs by 10

    Pomeg Berry - HP
    Kelpsy Berry - ATK
    Qualot Berry - DEF
    Hondew Berry - SP.ATK
    Grepa Berry - SP.DEF
    Tamato Berry SPEED

    So if you increase your hp to 202, you'll need 20 of the Pomeg Berries, to 2. Plus the berries help your pokemon's friendship.
     
    Well of it has to, what im telling him is that if he want to turn around and take another path with the same pokemon, he can use berries to change his pokemons stats, and battle different kinds that give him different EVs.
