Even trades for faster leveling

I know this is sorta wierd, I just want to be able to level these up faster.

I have the following that I would like to trade for the same (similar level) pokemon to assist in speed leveling these guys.

Roserade (or Roselia) level ~46, female
Sableye level ~39, female

Suggestion: find a lucky egg via a wild Chansey. This will give you the same amount of exp as a pokemon you receive in a trade.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't know about that.

But I would still like to trade with someone eventually so that I can use my stronger pokemon to help using the exp share.

On that note though, is there a list somewhere of the best places to level certain types at certain levels?
