Event Rockruff Question

If you have the event Rockruff can you breed it to get the same ability Own Tempo, and will any Rockruff be able to evolve into Dusk form Lycanrock if it knows Own Tempo? I'm basically asking if you can breed fo perfect IVs for a Dusk form Lycanock.

You can breed the event Rockruff and any Own Tempo Rockruff will evolve into Dusk Form.

BUT only with ditto. If you bread it with any other pokemon you will get normal rockruff

Are you sure? I just bred one with a Tauros and got an Own Tempo Rockruff.
