    I was wondering how i could make an event with a Lv.25 Shiny Gyarados* in my rom hack.
    I'm a noob when it comes to events so I need some help.









    *Any Gyarados would do!

    You can use a tool called Shinyizer.

    Here's a video tutorial. I didn't watch it so I can't attest to its quality:
