have you ever wonder as to maybe that pokemon isn't as balck and white in the sense of this pokemon is only related to that pokemon because they evolve?is there pokemon cousins?
there must be if mew is the direct decndant and there are egg groups.

some very obvious one are venonat and butterfree
    and feebas and magikarp
also i think cubone looks like kangaskahn

    discuss

Er.. maybe there might be a relation between Magikarp & Feebas, but Kangaskahn & Cubone? Uh-uh.

    Maybe it's just your eyes.

But.. I do believe there could be 'cousins' between Pokémon.

i mean like do you believ some pokemon are realted biologically but not evolutionary wise?
like how a vulture is related to a condor?(not the best example)

I used to think that Eevee and Vulpix were related. Anyway, I see what you mean here, but most people find the Cubone/Kangaskhan and Venonat/Butterfree things to be evolution mix-ups.

makes sense cuz feebas is typically weak as magikarp only rarer but both of them are strong when they evolve plus they both evolve into serpent like pokemon
