Ever took your GB/GBA/DS to school for trades/battles?

    I did that all the time in elementary and middle school. It was the hottest thing on the block xDD

    I would battle people on my crystal version all the time at lunch. We would have this competition that the winner gets one of the losers pokemon. Sadly I lost my beloved hitmontop.
     
    Ouch, that sucks. >.< Anyway, I can battle some people on the bus so yeah. I've been bringing my DS to school (well, I did that anyway) and I've been raising up a team.
     
    Back in grade 12 me and a friend played Diamond and Pearl in philosophy class. I'm sure we traded a couple times.
     
    Sadly, no. I played with my brother when we were both younger, but none of my friends were really into Pokémon. It's a shame, too, because I don't have WiFi...and I want someone to help me evolve my Machoke.

    But i dont plan on doing it again cause of they are all playing r4s.
     
    Back in the 4th grade, the school initiated a "Toy's Day" where we would be able to bring any toy we want and play with them. I played with my Emerald and I didn't do much... I didn't even get to trade... But oh well ^^
     
    last year (8th grade) i never played plat at my house i beat it at school in class cuz my teachers were awesome and didnt care. ahh good time good times.
     
    Nope. If I bring my Pokemon games to class nowadays, it's because it's a three hour class and I get bored and the old, deaf professor seems not to care. But of course, nobody else is up for trading or battling.
     
    I used to do it last year, but I don't do it much anymore. My friends who actually play Pokémon don't bring in their DSs anymore, and the only person who plays it on a regular basis has Yellow as his only functioning game. There went any chance of playing with him...
     
    I did when I was younger (4th or 5th grade), because I needed to use my friend's DS to get Manaphy from my Ranger. It was really stupid to do that in school, though. I didn't realise it then, but now I do. Pokemon is mocked in my community because of the god damn anime. I still have a reputation as a pokemon nerd because of those times... <_<
     
    Yes once in first grade, then someone tried to steal it so I didn't, plus I found a Ruby Game on the floor so i have 2 now xD
     
    Yep, twice. We had a tournament. Eight people. Three of the guys had just created games a few days before the tournament, and were thus immediately knocked out. The final was interesting... I won thanks to Lvl 100 Tyranitar's Sand Stream!
