Marinpato, the duck Pokemon. Water type. Evolves from Quaxly.

Name is from "Marinero" (sailor in Spanish) and "Pato" (duck in Spanish.)

Design is based on mallard ducks and sailors. It is also loosely based on a bodybuilder. (I'm pretty sure you can guess what typing Quaxly will evolve into in it's final form ;) )

Paratoduck, the Pirate Duck Pokemon. Water and Fighting type. Evolves from Marinpato. Final evolved form of Quaxley.

Paratoduck is a hard worker and a Pokemon that loves to steal shiny objects. Sailors often use this Pokemon to assist them at the seas, but find them difficult to control when it spots shiny treasure. It has powerful kicks, strong enough to kick a whole yacht many miles away. It is said to assist pirates during raids and is said to help them steal treasure.

Name is from "Parata" (pirate in spanish), "Pato" (duck in spanish) and 'Duck."

Design is based on ducks, pirates and marital artists.
