There is no strongest ex card, there is no strongest pokemon card because each card can get killed by another card. Charizard ex can be taken by a strong water type, that water type can be taken by a strong electric, etc.

HP wise, which doesn't have anything to do with strongest, is Wailord ex with 200 HP. Charizard ex has 160 HP.

I think it is Ninetails with 90. There are some others with 90 too.

Why don't you go to www.pokecorner.com and look there and it shows pictures of every card and what they do. It would probably easier for the both of us.
