    What is the point of the "Ex" cards? Why are the have ridiculously high HP and attacks?
     
    They're extra-powerful but the tradeoff is that your opponent takes two prize cards when he/she knocks one out. :)
     
    so does every Pokemon have an EX card? Or is it only selected ones?

    There's only a few per set. :) And the EX sets are now over; we're going into Diamond and Pearl with the new Lvl.Xs, which are the equivalents in the new sets.
