    which pokemon are only found on fire red and which are only on leaf green.

    plus is lugia and ho oh only cathable with a nintendo event download

    yes, a nintendo event-with the wireless adapter thingies

    you need 2 wireless adapters for the GBA/SP
    2 games that's FR/LG/E
    both of the games you use have to have gone into a pokemart and filled the questionare "link together with all" and the owner of the shop will say bla bla bla,,,, then turn the power off then put the wireless adapter on and plug it in where you'd plug a link cable in for trading, (both games do everything i say btw) and then turn your GBA/SP on, turn pokemon on, but don't load your saved file, instead there will be a new selection called "mystery gift" so press that one, and i dont know if you press cards/news, but press one of the 2, if the one you choose doesnt have a selection called "wonder gift" then its the other. then press on the "wonder gift" and let it rest, but don't turn your GBA/SP off, and set the 2 GBA/SPs together, make sure that their wireless adapters are facing eachother, and after a while, it should work, and once you talk to the ship guy who would takeyou to the islands, press "birth island" when it shows the list of the islands when you talk to him. then he will take you to 9 island, that is wehere you get deoxys.

    i do NOT know gift you have to do to go to rainbow island, you do the same thing to get deoxys, but in the mystery gift bit, i forget what gift it is you have to press on, sotry them all, its ONE of them ^^

    umm do you mean the way to get Deoxys, to get Deoxys you have to go to a Nintendo event and vist Wonderspot and that will give you a ticket to go to Birth Island
     
    well you could also always get pokemon xd and pokemon colloseum and then get Lugia from XD and Ho-oh from colloseum, without a Nintendo event. Then you can just trade from the gamecube to your Firered/Leafgreen game.
     
    in colloseum, you get ho-oh by first snagging and purifying all 48 shadow pokemon. Then you go to Mt. Battle in Battle mode and choose single or double battle and beat 100 trainers. You have to use your team from Story mode, but you need to beat it in Battle mode. If you have an empty space in your PC boxes, you'll get Ho-oh after you beat the 100th trainer.
    In XD (for other people who may not know), you have to battle a lv50 Lugia and snag it before fighting Greevil(the last trainer). If you knock it out by accident, you can always fight Lugia as many times as you want to catch it. Or you could use a Master ball.
    Here's a trick: Defeat Lugia (don't snag it) and defeat Greevil. Once you complete the game, you can trade with your GBA games. Send your Master ball to your Emerald game and use the battle tower item trick to get two. Then send one back to XD and catch Lugia with it the second time you fight it. Now you can catch Lugia and still have your Master ball.
