[Scripting Question] Exp share can't be given

I've made a new exp share item it's internal name is EXPALL and its in game name is Exp Share+ but when i try to make an npc give it to the player it just comes up with an error, I'm using the command pbRecieveItem(:EXPALL), is there a way to fix this?https://www.pokecommunity.com/attachments/99615&stc=1&d=1639829714
