4th Gen explain how to evolve sneasle

    ok... i want a weavile... n ive looked at various web sites to find out how to evolve sneasle... half of them say that you hav to trade sneasle w/ a sharp claw and half of them say you only hav to level up while sneasle is holding a sharp claw... will someone please tell me which one it is... level up or trade???
     
    Attach "Razor Claw" to Sneasel, then level it up once during the night.
