Exploud Moveset

I caught a shiny Whimsur while EV trainning, and I decided to train it. However, I do not know what moveset to give it, and all I can think of is this:

Relaxed with Leftovers
252Hp 252 Attack
Return
Shadow Ball
Earthquake
Roar

Was the following a good moveset to work with?

hmm... I'm not that fond of Exploud with roar, but it's workable. Roar can be counter to abuse the high hp. A fighting attack or rest can also be there.

Exploud @ Leftovers
Nature: +Att, - Sp Att
EV: HP, Attack, Defence
Shadow Ball
Brick Break
Earthquake
Return

You could probably lose EQ for Roar.
