4th Gen Fake Game? (SS)

    Hi, guys I dont know where to put this topic so feel free to move it to somewhere else.

    I have a problem, now, I want to buy Soulsilver, and I found it really cheap. Like 15$.

    Reasons why I think/thought it was real:
    it has a box and a pokewalker
    it comes from Slovenia (Europe)
    it comes from a store there where they sell these games for like 20$

    Reasons why I think it might be fake.

    I did a small research and this is my question, shouldn't the case be BLACK, and NOT TRANSPARENT?


    I am going to request some photos so can you tell me what should I take a close look at, so I can be sure Im not getting a fake?

    I could be wrong, but when I was in London, I noticed the games came in transparent cases as opposed to black ones. Someone that actually lives there and normally purchases their games in the UK can correct me on this, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be that way there.
