Fakemon starter help!!!!

hey guys. I am new to fakemon pixel making. I really need help on my fire starter.

The starter is a bear, but probably more like a teddy. it is like teddiursa but has black on it and doesnt have the moon symbol in head. I dont want it to be too much like teddyursa. It has red around its neck, and that can heat up, but doesnt ignite....

haha i know this may be too much to ask, but can someone pleeease help me with this
