This RP takes place in a world where nothing is kind. The realms of demons and angels interect through this plane, with humankind as their pawns in a chess game. Every 1,000 years or so, the game is won by one side or another. This itself doen not affect the plane so much, but the next part does. The angels and demons then choose for color in the next game. They're choosing again when this RP starts. There are various races playable, but I'd like to ban Angels and Demons as playable races due to fairness issues. Half-Angels (Avangians) and Half-Demons (Dekemon) will be playable, however. Other races are: Elf, Vampire, Lycanthrope (specify which animal) Doppleganger, Half-Elf, Dwarf, Half-Dwarf, Human. Mix and match as you will, but no more than two.
The world itself is immense, and I'll leave it up to anyone who joins to really create what it's like. One request though, nothing futuristic, keep it feudal please. Limited gunpowder weapons will be accepted, but only in cannons and the rather unwieldy early matchlock muskets.

Primary weapon Hands, feet, wings, and teeth
Secondary weapon: German rapier
Magical abilities: Vampiric strength, biting control, basic Earth element magic.
Personality: Laid back and easygoing, but there's a whole different side to him that comes out when it needs to. Loyal till the end to his few friends.
History: He doesn't remember anything before the day he was bitten, nigh on 600 years ago. Since then, he has done anything necessary to survive. The one time he got close to a human ended poorly after she was killed in a war. Since then he's been wandering around exacting vengance on those who deserve it. He only works for causes he deems just.
Appearence: Snow white wings jut from his back, although they're kept folded most of the time. Wears a forest green cloak with light half-plate armor underneath, covering simple, effective garb designed for long wear and practical use. Silver hair, cut shoulder length and green eyes.
