There was this thing at my work called "Lead for a Day". Its where a lifeguard would (on one of his/her days off) come into work and fallow a lead around for a day. A lead is basicly a boss.
The lifeguard that fallowes the lead around gets to do every thing a lead does, tell other lifeguards what to do, help people in need, respond to whistles, ect...
So I was thinking, why not have "Mod/Admin for a Day"?
People could sign up for it and you could ask them questions and judgeing on their history here at PC would determen if they could be a Mod/Admin for a day.
The purpose of the Lead for a Day was to:
1: Show the lifeguards that a leads job isn't easy.
2: Hopefully help the lifeguards gain more respect for the leads.
3: To show the lifeguards what its like to be a lead if they were interested in becomming one.
A Mod/Admin for a day would accomplish the same things.
I don't know, there could be complacations and regulations that would make it hard to do so that I don't know of, but it was just a thought of mine, thought I'd share it.
Thanks for reading~
