Farfetch'd is totally disobedient in Pokemon Rusty

    I traded a Fetchrow with NPC for a Farfetch'd Level 15 in Pokemon Rusty and I have one badge and it rarely follows orders. Is that normal? Do I need another badge to get it in order or is there some other way. My party doesn't have the composition and levels to beat Misty.
