    Team Fastpokes Official RMT!!(?)
Ok so my original Idea for my Pokemon team really didn't work so I started a new team from scratch choosing the fastest Pokemon in UU in order for me to be able to not worry about stupid people killing me before I can even get my first hit in. So here's the team.

    This is in order btw
    The Team
    "image removed"
    Persian @ Silk Scarf
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 4hp/ 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Nature: Jolly
    - Bite
    - Fakeout
    - Hypnosis
    - U-Turn

Set Comments: This was probably not only my best idea but also my best Pokemon as far as my testing went. The basics of it are to use fakeout, which always hits first with my astonding speed score. Then I use bite if I can kill it, hypnosis if I'm feeling lucky and want to set up another Pokemon, and U-Turn if I just need to get out of the situation. Like I said this worked wonders during the testing I thought it would lower HP a little and help scout, but this bloody thing pulled through killing one Pokemon almost every battle and two in the second match I had.

    Swellow @ Choice Band
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 SpD
    Nature: Jolly
    -Brave Bird
    -Facade
    -Persuit
    -U-Turn
Set Comments: Brave bird was my basic STAB move that was used most of the time, this actually epic failed... Choice band my not have been a good idea. I never got a chance to use Facade as I never had a status condition. Persuit helped me but unfortunately not enough (it was ment to kill ghosts and psychics). U-turn was exploited by me so much in these matches and Swellow was no exception I would use my speed to U-turn between Swellow and Persian, not exactly the plan but it downed a tough Pokemon. The unfortunate thing about Swellow is it was ment to be my sweeper instead it was fodder easily even killed by the Machpunch of a Hitmontop.

    "image removed"
    Blastoise @ Chice Specs
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 64 HP/ 192 Spe/ 252 SpA
    Nature: Modest
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Electric)
    -Icebeam
    -Surf
Set Comments: This was ment as a steel/rock killer for my Swellow... didn't really work, never ran into a steel. However this was highly effective as fodder. For raters... I'm more than willing to change this Pokemon or remove it.

    "image removed"
    Hypno @ Leftovers
    Ability: Insomnia
    EVs: 252 HP/ 56 Def/ 200 SpD
    Nature: Calm
    -Hypnosis
    -Light Screen
    -Seismic Toss
    -Wish
Set Comments: The goal of this was to act as a tank, however it was easily one shotted by most Pokemon :(. The idea worked like this Light Screen, turn one. Wish, Turn two. Hypnosis, turn three. Seismic toss the heck outta them while my wish returns and heals me. Thsi however didn't work I barly got lightscreen up 2x and I died right afterwards.

    "image removed"
    Shedininja @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Wonderguard
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
    Nature: Lonely
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Swords Dance
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -X-scissor
Set Comments: This was a beast, come in use Swords dance, shadow sneak on who you could X-Scissor for STAB or if super effective. Worst comes to worse you survive two turns and kill somthing. This was very effective more than half the time... but somtimes... yeah bad... but it was almost always a killer.

    "image removed"
    Kangaskhan @ Leftovers
    Ability: Scrappy
    EVs: 212 HP/ 82 Atk/ 216 Spe
    Nature: Adamant
    -Focus Punch
    -Return
    -Substitute
    -Suckerpunch
This was ment to be your average sub out than suckerpunch pokemon. It failed in doing this. It was able to get out some good damage using return and Sucker punch did work once.

    Synergy
This team was designed so that pokemon had eachothers backs. Persian scouted it out or eliminated the first pokemon of a team then Swellow came out. If somthing was treatening Swellow (ie. Steelix) Blastoise comes in Hypno was supposed to be the water tank braker if one came to get Blastoise and Shedininja was made to stop Kangaskhan from killing Hypno. (Also Grumpig) And finally Kangaskhan was the Tank breaker... but that didn't really work...yeah...

    Treat List
This will be broken down into two parts what I expected and what happened.
    Expected Threats
Persian- Low defense makes it an easy target for anyone. That's why there's U-turn
Swellow- Rock/Steel types could kill it without trying
Blastoise- Water tanks, Grassers, and Ghosts could harm him easily
Hypno- Kangaskhan and Grumpig (and similar pokemon) could break his defenses.
Shedininja- Everything but Kangaskhan and slow Grumpigs
Kangaskhan- Rock/Steels could again get him easy and Nidoking (And similar pokemon)
    Threats that Happened anyway
Dusklops- Tore into swellow and half my team before getting stopped.
Curse- This was what got most of my pokemon with Dusklops
Hitmontop- As said earlier this came outta nowhere and one shotted my swellow
Umbreon- One Umbreon with Curse maxed it's attack and defense and destroyed my whole team.
    Conclusion
Ok so this was a fairly successful team. A few losses a few wins but better than last time. Blastoise, Hypno, and Kangaskhan need a bit of work but all in all with the great success of Persian and Shedininja this team could have potential to dominate. Please help me on improving this team!
    Thanks Muchly,

First of all, Fake Out hits first because of priority, not because persians fast.

Anyways, I think sheddy should be replaced. Not that i have anything offensive against it but there are better pokemon for that slot. SHeddy just died to a lot of things, like the ever present stealth rock.

You could replace it with Quagsire or Poliwrath to absorb STAB water attacks from rain dance teams and counter Kabutops I guess.

Oh yeah, forgot the stab move. Silly me.

    How about this set:

    Kangaskhan-Adamant(choice band/life orb)
    Evs attack 252 Speed 252 Hp 4

    Return/Fake Out
    Earthquake
    Fire punch
    Hammer Arm/Avalanche

I think this would give it a little more coverage.

Great, I guess. Bite is kind of pointless with Hypnosis... the only point of Bite is to scare away ghosts but so few of them have Insomnia that Hypnosis does a great job. Return is good to replace it because it has STAB.

Although Silk Scarf is an awful item. Life Orb is better.

Swellow @ Flame Orb / Toxic Orb
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 SpD

    -Persuit / Protect
    -U-Turn / Protect

Either of the latter moves could be replaced with Protect to scout the first move while you're out and contract status before being hit. Status Orb > Choice Band, much more useful for Guts activation.

Ever considered a utility set? This really doesn't work. Maybe toss in Rapid Spin and ditch the specs for some Leftovers. EV Spread defensively however you may need/want it.
    "image removed"
    Hypno @ Leftovers
    Ability: Insomnia
    EVs: 252 HP/ 56 Def/ 200 SpD
    Nature: Calm
    -Hypnosis / Thunder Wave
    -Light Screen / Thunder Wave
    -Seismic Toss
    -Wish / Thunder Wave
Set Comments: The goal of this was to act as a tank, however it was easily one shotted by most Pokemon :(. The idea worked like this Light Screen, turn one. Wish, Turn two. Hypnosis, turn three. No Thunder Wave? Hypno is disappointed. Reflect also works well on this set, even in tandem with Light Screen.

    Shedininja @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Wonderguard
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe

Shedinja is a horrible Pokemon. All it takes is a normal type with decent speed + some sort of entry hazard/damaging weather to shut this down. (Or just two entry hazards, or status, whatever)

    Replace with Scyther.

    Scyther @ Life Orb
    Ability: Technician
    Nature: Timid
    EV Spread: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Swords Dance
    X-Scissor
    Brick Break / Night Slash
    Aerial Ace

    Kangaskhan @ Leftovers
    Ability: Scrappy
    EVs: 212 HP/ 82 Atk/ 216 Spe
    Nature: Adamant
    -Focus Punch
    -Return
    -Ice Punch
    -Sucker Punch
This was ment to be your average sub out than suckerpunch pokemon. It failed in doing this. It was able to get out some good damage using return and Sucker punch did work once.

Ice Punch + 3 other great moves is great. And with Platifail move tutors, Kangie can now have both elemental punches -and- Scrappy. If you want to sub punch, put sub in over sucker punch.
A pretty average team overall. Although an Umbreon maxing its attack/defense and defeating you is entirely your fault. You should've setup on that setup fodder.

    Thanks

Thanks to everyone who replied. Sebastien good advice, yeah I didn't even think of rain dancers >.<. crimson storm thank you for that move set I've tested it, it worked better but it's a toss up between yours and C'est si bon's. Max™ first off, my Persian has like the 3rd highest speed in UU tier, however I do see where everyone is coming from with the Sheddy thing. C'est si bon had by far the best post very informative and it improved my team greatly. Once again thank you everyone you were very helpful, and to those who haven't posted yet. Feel free to keep the criticism coming

crimson's set looks pretty good but if you take off Sucker Punch, you don't want to use Hammer Arm for the massive (if repeated) speed drop that follows. And with Avalanche, you'd need to preemptively lower your speed, which, once again, hurts you without a priority move.
