[Error] FATAL ERROR: When my max-EVs Pokemon wins a battle, the game crashes because he can't gain any more EVs!

You use a clamp method for an number (integer of float).
The first number indicated on your clamp range is greater than the second

number.clamp(min_number,max_number)

min_number must be equal or inferior of max_number

I think you wrote

ev.clamp(252,0)

instead of

ev.clamp(0,252)

(or something similar)

To solve error go to Scripts in your RPG XP scripts editor find Pokemon name script in Pokemon Script section
go to line 95

change EV_LIMIT = 1512(defualt value is arroud 500)

As error log that I mention above we know there is error in Battle_ExpAndMoveLearning script at line 85
you can find it in RPG XP scripts editor Battle_ExpAndMoveLearning name script in Battle Script section

code line 85 is like below
evGain = evGain.clamp(0, Pokemon::EV_LIMIT - evTotal)

As Amras Anárion said in last post. and aslo our error message in error log said
Exception: ArgumentError
Message: min argument must be smaller than max argument

we can say there is error in underline cod it's value below 0 when pokemon all ev state are max

it's happen due to default value of EV_LIMIT is 510 that define in Pokemon name script in Pokemon Script section
when all ev stat of pokemon max that value is some of all ev stat 252+252+ 252+252+252+252 = 1512
so change in EV_LIMIT = 1512 can solve our error.

Note EV_LIMIT = 510 is default value in Pokemon essentials 19.1 so backup original script before change. it may cause bug.
