My favorite openings are the Johto League Champions theme and "Ready, GO!"

I like the first season theme. It reminds me of Red and Blue. =)

I like the second Johto one, the Johto League. It was the one airing where i was when i first started liking pokemon and it sound really good and makes me happy.
