I may be an un-official helper but If you need help I write up some quick strategys I use in the UBER-Tier.

A good staller: Many teams run them but an example of a good staller is using Wish/Protect or Toxic/Protect combos. I usually run an Umbreon on Pokemon Showdown!! with max Def,Hp,SP.Def IV's and max EV's on Defence and Sp.Defence. The last 4 EVS go towards my HP stat.

I start off with Protect to see what kind of set there running. If they start with a Steel type I switch out to someone that can counter it. If it isn't a Steel type I set up the Toxic and they usually swap the next turn. But if there stupid enough not to realize that Umbreon is about to set up than I get a free Stall K.O.

If they hurt me I set-up a Wish and use a Protect the next turn and get healed 50% HP. This usually annoys them.

If I'm not running Umbreon, I use Ferrothorn holding a Rocky Helmet. Its really good if you know the opponent is going for a U-Turn. Its also excellent when my Ferrothorn has the ability Iron Barbs so it does around 15-20% HP. When they use a Fire type I usually swap out just so they dont get the free sweep. I usually (When using it as a tank) Let it know Curse, Payback and let it hold the Lagging Tail.

But back to the stalling. When I dont want to make either of those two I usually go and create a Sylveon stall. Its good since theres a lack of really good Poison and Steel types in the game. Only OU's that come to mind are Heatran, Toxicroak, and Jiarchi. Its usually there just to take a special attack.
