The Pokétch in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum has many different apps with their own purposes, such as checking the current real-world time and testing type-matchups.
Apps are unlocked in different ways; some are given to you when you first receive the Pokétch, some are given to at certain parts in the game, some are avaiable from the president of the Pokétch Company in Jublife City when you have a certain number of badges, and some are unlocked by talking to random NPCs in various towns and cities.
Which Pokétch apps do you like the most?
I like the Digital Watch, the Pedometer and the Day-Care Checker due to how convenient they are. The Pedometer in particular is helpful when you are using the VS Seeker as you can use it to see when you've moved 100 Steps and can use the VS Seeker.
