    im breeding feebas atm so if you want one pm me when i get me FC
    p.s. they all have splash and waterfall if you want a feebas with any other hm put that with your request for a feebas
     
    If you really want to get rid of baby Feebas, I suggest breeding them to know either Mirror Coat or Hypnosis... People love not having to rebreed for egg moves
