3rd Gen Feebas changed tiles D:

    Like a Month ago, i found feebas at the bottommost tile of the river, on emerald. I just decided i wanted to breed a better feebas, so i went back to the exact same tile, but D: he's not there anymore. I havn't changed the dewford phrase at all. I havn't even been to dewford since then. Do i have to search for him all over again? that would really suck. I was thinking maybe it changes it when you talk to the berry master's wife also. Because i did get berries using phrases for the berry master's wife.

    It's only in 6 tiles in the river on Route 119 with using the Super Rod, and they are random so they change.
     
    That's just normal. Like batmon said, it changes randomly. Only luck can guide you. :D
     
    From what I've understood only the Feebas tiles in Pokemon Diamond, Platinum, and Pearl change every day. I'm 99.9% sure that in R/S/E they don't change, unless you change the thing in Dewford or mix records with another player. So my suggestion would be to just be patient wait, and make sure you are using the exact same tile.
     
    Okay it's all good. I bred with dittos to make more feebas so i don't have to look again. Now i have one Awesome Milotic. :) Thanks nyways
