My first real team, please judge it harshly.

    Lead:
    Ferrothorn @ rocky helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Sp Def / 4 Atk
    Brave Nature
    - Swords dance
    - Leech Seed
    - Power Whip
    - Protect
I chose ferrothorn for his bulk on both sides and diverse move pool.
His role is a staller/mixed wall.
Pretty simple moveset; leech seed, protect, swords dance, protect, power whip. Then just loop protect and power whip.

    Coverage:
    Lampent @ sitrus berry
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
    Timid Nature
    - Flamethrower
    - Shadow Ball
    - Energy Ball
    - Protect
I chose chandelure because he can switch in on ferrothorns two weaknesses.
His role on the team is to cover ferrothorn.
His moveset is designed to have the widest range of types to hit and ohko/2hko threats to ferrothorn.

    Physical tank:
    Doublade @ Eviolite
    Ability: No Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
    Sassy Nature
    - Sacred Sword
    - Shadow Claw
    - Protect
    - Shadow sneak
I chose doublade because of his huge physical bulk.
His moveset is simple, use protect to scout attacks, then hit with stab shadow claw or super effective sacred sword, finish with shadow sneak.

    Sp. Striker:
    Gengar @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Shadow Ball
    - Sludge Wave
    - Psychic
    - Destiny Bond
I chose gengar for his high speed and special attack stats.
His role is as a revenge killer.
His moveset is made to score stabs and super effective a against a wide range if foes.

    Aerodactyl @ Aerodactylite
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 4HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Hone Claws
    - Stone Edge
    - Fire Fang
    - Aerial Ace

I chose aerodactly because of his attack and insane speed stats.
His role is that of a sweeper.
If possible setting up hone claws Is important, after that sweep with the best attacks for the specific pokemon.

And of course our lovely and irritating destroyer of worlds, the incredibly adorable; Togekiss.

    Togekiss @ Kings Rock
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Roost
    - Air Slash
    - Thunder Wave
    - light screen
I chose togekiss for her special bulk and diverse move pool on top of the ability "serene grace"
Her role is to tank threats by Paralyzing and then slamming air slash for the flinch, light screen for additional sp. Defense and roost for a reliable heal.

Tell me how bad I blundered, it held pretty well in online random matchups.

You have three ghost-types on your team, which makes your crew sort of vulnerable to dark. This might not matter much in-game, but when taken online and whatnot, I believe it would, so it'd likely be wise to put these sort of thoughts into consideration.

Your Doublade does seem to have access to Sacred Sword—a fighting attack—which could lend a hand on countering dark-types. However, I wouldn't recommend relying solely on this Pokémon to take them down.

For Togekiss, I would suggest replacing Light Screen with either Ominous Wind or Ancient Power. These two have chances of raising all your stats at once (with Togekiss, they would be more or less doubled), which is generally very helpful in-game.
