"Right-o." I said, sheathing my sword, and looking for someplace safe. "Hiding spot, coming up." I said, pulling "Askla" along by the arm as I ducked into the cave. "If the wolf demons come by, they'll just think we're a couple of regular humans seeking shelter. I set her down once we were inside, but I still kept running. "Come on, the deeper we go, the better chance we have of being safe." I said, not looking at the gond ahead of me, or at the rock in my path.

I tripped on the rock as I pulled out my sword to light itup, and I fell forward, hitting the ground. The sword flew out of my hands when I fell, and unnable to stop it's forward momentum, crashed into the gong. It wasn't loud, and there wasn't anything special about the sound, but as soon as I heard it, I lost consciousness...

"Clumsy ***..." I muttered as I ran up to him. I couldn't see him very clearly, since the sun was just about down now, and I flipped him over. "Haha... got what he deserved it seems..." I laughed as I saw what had happened, and kicked him, before turning to walk away.

I reached up, and grabbed her by the kimono, my knockout brief. "You want to go out there and get killed by wolf dmeons?" I asked, reaching for my sword out of habit. And to my shock, it wasn't there. All I felt was a scabbard, and one too small for my blade... "Wha?" I asked, not noticing the difference in my voice.

"I'll survive, I'm just a defensless little girl after all." I said coldly as I turned my head far enough to the side so 'she' could see me smirk. "Besides girlie, it seems we're in the same boat now." I found a sword lying on the ground in front of me, and kicked it, before continuing.

I looked at the sword she kicked, and picked it up. It was the right size for the scabbard, and seeing my reflection, I sighed. "Wonderful," I said, placing it in my scabbered, and I felt an emberassed feeling come not only from from the scabbered on my back, but it seemed that there was also one on my waist. I pulled out the blade, and saw that it was an exact copy of the other one. "That could be useful." I muttered to myself, but I sheathed it, and followed Askla. I didn't want to stay in here any longer, my sudden change of outfits making me reaise how chilly it was in here.

As I ran across the rooftops, the forest began to loom in teh distance.

"Just a bit further now..."I muttered to myself. Suddenly I caught something out of the corner of my eye, and I dropped into my belly, just in time to avoid an arrow tipped with poison, the shaft raking my fur. having lost my balance on the slanted roof, I roll to the side and fall into a heep on the ground. As I pull myself to a sitting position, a group of men weilding crossbows stepped forward.

"We cannot allow the likes of you to torment our town." The one in front growled.

"Well you'll have to try harder than that." I growled in my deep, demonic voice. My red eyes flared with hatred and frustration. "You missed me." The leader simply grinned.

"Oh, did I?" Curious, I looked myself over and found a gash in my arm, apparently unnoticed from the amount of Adrenaline that had been surging through me. Now that I had a time to calm down, the pain was bombarding my senses. I grasped at the wound with my other hand, and blood began to seep through my clawed fingers.

"Stop following me." I stated coldly. I didn't even need to glance back to know she was. "I don't want to be involved with you and your wimpy sword any further, before the dumb thing turns me into a bug or something." I continued my pace through the forest. I couldn't tell if there were any demons around, considering I could smell or hear them with the humans dull senses.

"Firstly," I said, still following her. "You're in no condition to stop me, even if you wanted to." I said, making sure that both of my scabbars were secure. "Secondly, I had nothing to do ith this, the swords the one who's responsible for this mess." I explained, not really paying attention to where we were going. I was used to human senses, so I didn't feel any weaker, but something definitely felt... Different.

I knew what she said was true. I wouldn't stand a chance against her in my current state. "Just try me..." I said to him as I hopped off a log and landed on the ground with a thud, twisting my ankle in the process. "Stupid frail human bodies..." I muttered as I got back up, pretending nothing was hurt.

"Frail? Then how did I stand up to you when we were both normal?" I asked, moving over to her. "Although I admit that form is weak by human standards. Now you're going to need help walking." I said, and held out my hand to her. After all, we were in this nuthouse together, we needed to figure out a way to get to normal, not to kill eachother.

"I don't need your help, I can do this on my own." I said rudely, yet childishly as I got myself up, and began walking, my left ankle hurting more and more every step I took, until I had to start limping. "This is all that gay swords fault!" I cried as I picked up and threw a rock at its scabbard."

The rock missed both blades, and bounced harmlessly off of my robes. Both of the swords began to glow red in their scabbards, but they didn't do anyhting. They knew that I wouldn't approve of another change, but their patience was being stretched to the limit. "And don't forget about that gong." I said, thinking back to the cave.

"I told you to leave me alone already!" I cried this time more then yelled, before running off deeper into the woods, despite the pain my ankle was giving off. Big mistake. My ankle gave out when I was a good 500m away, and I crashed to the ground, unable to pick myself back up again.

"If I left you alone, you'd be prey to just about anything that could want you dead." I said, sitting on a rock near her. "Now please, be reasonable. If you want to find a way to change back, we'll stand a better chance together." I said, standing up, and brushing myself off as I moved over to offer her my hand.

"I told you I don't want your help!" I cried as I tried to get up again. "This IS partly your fault. It wouldn't have happened if you hadn't of snuck up on me in the first place!"
I refused to accept his help, no matter what. My attempt to get up again though, failed, and my face flew into the mud again.
